My ILL book is overdue and I can't figure out how to renew it online.

Answer
Once an ILL item is overdue it cannot be renewed online. You can stop by at the circulation desk or call 257-3653 between 9-5 M-F and we can submit a renewal request to the lending library. But they do have the right to refuse once an item is overdue. But we will notify you asap if they approve or deny your request.
