Q
How are libraries handling outdated answers in the archives?
For example, if my library drops a database, changes its hours, or replaces one service with something else, I'm assuming that someone on our staff would then need to go through all previous answers in the archive to delete/amend/update answers that are no longer accurate so patrons don't retrieve incorrect information.

Answer
I expect that the head of reference will be constantly reviewing/updating answers as needed.
